Don Brewer was a founding Principal of the Knoxville office of Cornerstone.  Previously, he was founder and principal of Realty Investment Services, a commercial real estate brokerage and management firm he successfully ran for 10 years.  Don specialized in office sales, leasing, and development in addition to brokerage of development sites, retail leases, and investment sales. Prior to starting his real estate career in Knoxville in 1995, Don owned and operated a business in Dallas.  He had a broad range of practical business experience and expertise in real estate financial analysis.
